ANSELMO® is a meeting point for psychotherapists or other healthcare professionals and people that want to improve their health.
Driven by passion and vocation, we design an appropriate approach for each patient, fighting universal recipes, transcending labels and focusing on the personal history and background of each patient.
We specialize in psychotherapy, promoting a deeper bond in your native language, offering sessions in Catalan, Spanish, English and Italian.
We also work with Academic Institutions in Barcelona developing interns from the Psychology Faculties.
We are certified healthcare professionals. Rely on specialists!
Our services:
- In-person Psychotherapy: Warm sessions in our main offices.
- Online Psychotherapy: Sessions trough telehealth services, with the same confidentiality as the in-person sessions.
- Virtual Reality: Individual sessions designed for therapeutical purposes, mindfulness or relaxation.
- Other Health Services (physiotherapy, nutrition, among others).

We cannot design an appropriate approach, without getting to know you. Through these sessions, you can explain who you are, what you are looking for and the changes you expect to see, as well as a final session to propose a customized work method.
